  • Is PRO an add-on or a plugin?
    QuickieBar Pro is a standalone plugin that works with or without installation of the free plugin. While you do not necessarily need to uninstall the free version when installing PRO, it is strongly recommended.
  • Will I lose any of my existing conversion bars when I upgrade?
    Absolutely not! All existing conversion bars and settings will be saved so long as you don’t “delete all plugin data” when uninstalling the free version of the plugin.
  • Can I use this plugin on my client's website?
    Yes! The PRO version of the product can be used on one live site, whether that be your own or a client’s. The PRO Unlimited license can be used on an unlimited number of live sites.
  • Can my client receive support for PRO features?
    Support of PRO features is only offered to the purchaser of the product. However, if you would like to transfer the license to your client, you should contact us to do so. You can also contact us about purchasing a support-only plan for your client(s).
  • Do I need to renew my license?
    Yes, at the end of one year you must renew your license to continue to receive support for PRO features and product updates. You can always renew your license at a discounted rate.
  • What happens at the end of my license year?
    The product, including all PRO features released at the time, is 100% yours to keep. While you will not be able to receive new feature updates or support regarding PRO features, everything will still be fully functional on your site.
  • Why is my purchase only good for one year?
    Unfortunately, we cannot afford to provide support & product updates indefinitely for a single upfront cost. By charging new customers for just the first year, then offering a reduced rate for updates & support in following years, we are able to provide the level of support we desire and continue to develop the product.
  • Can I get support for the free version of the plugin?
    Absolutely! Support is offered to all customers, but free customers will not support for any requests regarding PRO features.
  • Will QuickieBar work on hosted sites?
    Unfortunately, no. hosted site owners are unable to install third-party plugins on their sties (which includes our plugin among many others).
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes. If you don’t like the product for any reason, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund you 100% of your cash – no questions asked.
